Need a rush order? Our standard delivery on veils is 2-4 weeks, but if you need something faster click the help button on the left to check availability. Most of our tiara styles are in stock and ready to ship. Customized Headpiece styles usually take 2-3 weeks.
Foreign Orders
It has been our experience that international shipping can take time to get thru customs. Some countries are 1-2 weeks others can take 3-4 weeks. Please order in enough time to not create a crisis in your life.
International buyers--You are responsible for Customs taxes, VAT tax, and duty. We do not collect taxes for foreign governments. Please check on this before you buy.

All items are carefully inspected and packaged. We hope that you will be truly happy with your order, but in case you're not, please note the following policy regarding returns and exchanges.
Our Return PolicyBRIDAL TIARAS AND JEWELRY are returnable within 10 days. Please email us for a return authorization number. Many of our tiara styles are hand wired and as such are very delicate, therefore, tiaras returned for credit must be returned in original condition with protective wrappers and all tags intact or refunds will not be issued and merchandise will be returned to you. You are responsible for return postage and insurance. We send all orders with a delivery confirmation. Your postmark for return merchandise must be dated within 10 days of our delivery confirmation, no exceptions will be made.
VEIL ORDERS - Merchandise that is personalized and all veil orders are not returnable. In the case of an error or flaw, exchanges will be made for the same veil only. However if you decide after you get your veil that it is a bit too long - we will be happy to shorten it for you.
